Role Overview
The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in evolving the firm’s business development strategy, working proactively with assigned practice groups to develop and support initiatives that drive new business from existing clients and prospects.
What You Will Do
The BDM will oversee all pitches, proposals, and RFPs for assigned groups, ensure the firm presents its best experience and pricing proposals, and maintain a robust understanding of supported practice groups.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of marketing or business development experience, with significant project management experience, and a demonstrated interest in how lawyers support the firm’s clients.
