Senior FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to own financial planning for a fast-scaling, multi-entity group. This is the only FP&A role in the business, so you’ll own forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling end to end, working directly with finance leadership and senior stakeholders across product, engineering, operations and commercial teams.

Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic analysis, experience in a startup or scale-up, strong financial modelling capability and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, confident analysing complex data sets and translating them into clear recommendations

Requirements

• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic analysis
• Experience in a startup or scale-up, ideally having built or rebuilt an FP&A function
• Strong financial modelling capability and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Confident analysing complex data sets and translating them into clear recommendations
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Strong understanding of revenue models, costs, margins and operational metrics
• Highly analytical, commercially minded and intellectually curious
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
• A self-starter who enjoys building structure, improving tools and driving clarity
