Associate GTM Engineer

Role Overview

LeanTaaS is a growth stage company that creates software solutions to transform hospital and infusion center operations. The Associate GTM Engineer will own and build the layer of software that powers the commercial engine.

What You Will Do

The Associate GTM Engineer will build and scale end-to-end pipelines, integrate the revenue stack, ship and operate internal applications, drive automation, establish engineering standards, and support commercial tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 0–2 years of professional software experience
• Working fluency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Comfort with SQL and relational data models
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
• Familiarity with version control and deployment
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools
• Demonstrable interest in the commercial side of business and healthcare operations
• Excellent communication skills
