Role Overview
The Growth Analyst is responsible for turning marketing performance data into insight that drives family growth across Learning Care Group’s brand portfolio. This role owns Google Analytics 4 platform reporting, funnel measurement from acquisition through enrollment, and the growth data marts that make cross-channel measurement possible.
What You Will Do
Own Google Analytics 4 platform administration and reporting, build and maintain growth data marts, design and produce recurring growth reporting, build cohort, retention, and channel attribution analyses, and support Sr Directors with ad hoc analysis and business case support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a comparable analytical role
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 platform administration
- Experience with SQL against a modern data warehouse
- Experience building performance dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience translating measurement findings into recommendations for marketing leadership
