Role Overview

Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies.

What You Will Do

Develop Salesforce solutions to meet agency needs, integrate Salesforce with other systems, create and maintain automated workflows, and work closely with Business Analysts and Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in Salesforce design and development, active Salesforce certifications, and experience using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Government Cloud.

Requirements

• 7 years’ experience in Salesforce design and development
• Active Salesforce certifications in Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Agentforce Specialist, and Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
• 2 years’ experience using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Government Cloud
