Role Overview
The Communications Manager will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality member communications across the Workplace business. The role combines customer insight, data, behavioural science, and strong stakeholder management to create communications that drive positive member outcomes while supporting commercial and regulatory objectives.
What You Will Do
Designing and delivering transactional member communications across the customer lifecycle, creating customer-centric communications, literature, and supporting materials aligned to brand and tone of voice guidelines, and managing communication projects effectively within agreed budgets and timescales.

Requirements

- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
