Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, management, and execution of strategic proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and other business development collateral for a professional engineering, commissioning, and construction management services firm.

What You Will Do

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the pursuit process for high-priority RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, interviews, and presentations, develop pursuit schedules, assignment matrices, compliance checklists, and production plans, and collaborate with technical teams to develop win themes, differentiators, and client-focused messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of marketing and proposal management experience within architecture, engineering, construction, environmental consulting, or other professional services industries
• Minimum 2 years of staff management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value proposals and qualifications packages
• Strong understanding of public-sector and private-sector procurement processes
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (primarily InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite
