Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Lead will build the training and readiness system behind the provider-partnership team. The role involves building onboarding programs, creating playbooks, and developing messaging and objection-handling guides. The goal is to help new hires finish onboarding with demonstrated readiness and a clear plan for their first weeks in the field.

What You Will Do

The Sales Enablement Lead will build and run onboarding for Provider Partnership Managers and Regional Managers, develop messaging and objection-handling guides, and train the team on CRM hygiene and workflow execution. The role also involves observing real interactions, turning frontline feedback into specific curriculum and playbook improvements, and creating a practical content library.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a closely related role
