FP&A Senior Finance Manager

Role Overview

As our FP&A Senior Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in financial planning, performance management, and decision support across the LEGO Group’s production organisation. You’ll partner closely with leaders inside and outside Finance to translate complex data into clear recommendations, support investment decisions, and strengthen financial performance.

You’ll deliver financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that support operational and strategic priorities. You’ll also provide insightful analyses that identify cost-efficiency opportunities and strengthen business performance.

Requirements

• Delivered yearly and monthly budgeting processes, including financial consolidation, analysis, and management reporting.
• Developed financial planning models supporting short-, medium-, and long-term investment and cost-planning decisions.
• Evaluated business performance and provided financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Used SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAP BPC, and Think Cell to prepare reporting, forecasting, and planning deliverables.
• Built experience across finance and accounting roles within a global organisation or finance consultancy environment.
• Completed a master’s degree in finance, auditing, management accounting, or a related field, with fluent English at C1 level or above.
