Role Overview

As Senior Manager, Finance Operations Europe, you’ll lead the centralisation of media finance operations across Europe, overseeing the full finance lifecycle from purchase order creation through to invoice reconciliation.

You’ll play a key role alongside the digital media teams who plan, buy and deliver campaigns that support LEGO business objectives while maintaining strong financial governance.

• Delivered finance operations transformation programmes involving procurement workflows, PO governance and invoice reconciliation
• Worked with finance and procurement platforms supporting PO governance and invoice reconciliation
• Built trusted partnerships with business unit and local market stakeholders during to adopt new finance processes, ways of working and systems
• Coached and developed junior finance operations specialists
