Role Overview

The Senior Director, Growth – Federal Health IT will lead the growth and strategic development of the Health IT Division, working closely with the Business Area Growth Officer and Health IT Division Manager.

Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining long-term relations with key customers, creating business strategy, managing a team, and collaborating with various organizations to create innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge and past performance working with the various Federal Health Agencies
• Experience running a successful growth practice
• Proven track record of achieving wins on takeaways, recompetes, and on-contract growth new business opportunities
• Demonstrated experience to effectively engage a diverse workforce of employees and subcontractors
• Proven ability to positively influence change at different levels of the organization
• Prior experience running a portfolio of programs within the federal market
• Knowledge and experience in managing multiple contract types and innovative acquisition models
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and work with supporting functions and other delivery organizations
