Role Overview
Leidos is seeking a Senior Finance & Business Operations Manager to lead financial operations for the Health Mission & Analytics division. The selected candidate will serve as a trusted strategic partner to program and divisional leadership, driving financial performance, supporting business growth, and leading a team of finance professionals.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will take ownership of portfolio financial performance, identify emerging risks, challenge assumptions, evaluate opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve business performance. They will also lead annual operating plans, long-range financial forecasts, and quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews, emphasizing forecast accuracy, analytical rigor, and accountability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including progressive financial management responsibilities
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, as required by the contract
- Demonstrated success supporting or leading financial operations for large, complex federal government contracts or portfolios
- Strong understanding of government contracting financial management across multiple contract types
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using Power BI, SharePoint, and other financial reporting and analytical tools
Benefits
- Pay Range $116,350.00 – $210,325.00
