Senior FP&A Manager

Role Overview

As Senior Manager, FP&A, you will be a key financial leader supporting the Vice President, Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) and the broader Energy Leadership Team, driving the forecasting, reporting, and analytical rigor that underpins the business’s growth strategy, investment decisions, and operating performance.

What You Will Do

Lead the annual budgeting process, monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range planning for the Energy business, own management reporting and variance analysis, translate financial data into clear, actionable insight for the VP F&BO and Energy Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial management, or related functions, including experience leading and developing a team
• Experience supporting a large, complex business, ideally within a $1B+ revenue organization
• Demonstrated experience operating successfully in a matrixed enterprise environment
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
• Proven ability to translate data into insight and communicate clearly to senior leaders
• Strong understanding of analytics, automation, and emerging technologies, including AI, and their application to FP&A
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
