Role Overview
Lead and manage the Analytics Enablement team, providing technical guidance, prioritizing workstreams, and coordinating support across functional analytics teams.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale analytics infrastructure, provide technical leadership in analytics, and drive partnerships and execution across cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or quantitative discipline field
- 4 years of experience in advanced analytics infrastructure & data modeling expertise
- 3 years of experience in technical leadership in analytics and cross functional management
- Experience working with data analytics for customer segmentation and insurance growth acquisition using at least three of the following: Snowflake, Looker, Github, Funnel.io, or DBT
