Financial Analyst, ISG Offerings

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst, ISG Offerings will support the Offering Group in developing investment cases and modeling product P&Ls for new product introduction, analyze financial performance and ROI at the product level, and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include facilitating financial integration of the newly acquired business into the Group’s financial and management frameworks, driving process improvement and efficiency in investment case preparation and financial forecasting, and providing business and financial insights with data analytics to support key stakeholders’ decision making.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, solid accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and AI and Generative AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience
• Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, Power Query)
• Power BI (dashboard development, DAX, data modeling)
• SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Data visualization and storytelling
• AI and Generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-enabled analytics tools)
• Experience automating reporting and business processes using: Power Automate, Power Query, Python, R, or similar analytics languages
• Understanding of data management concepts, data quality, and governance
• Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment
