Role Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist supports sales operations activities, maintains data quality, and prepares regular reports to support business planning and operational decision-making. The role follows Lenovo’s hybrid working model, combining office and remote work. The position is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, supporting business operations, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include supporting sales operations activities, maintaining and updating information within internal systems, preparing regular reports and analyses, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams, and acting as a point of contact for distributors and customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales operations, business support, customer service, finance, distribution, or a similar business environment is advantageous but not required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Excel macros, Copilot, or AI-based productivity tools
- Advanced English is required; Italian language proficiency is required for daily interaction with local stakeholders and customers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and teams
- Demonstrated adaptability, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem solving
