Role Overview

The Global Processes Owner or Orchestrator is to own an end-to-end process across functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries, and to drive process improvement, in such a way that supports the organization’s objectives and gives the business the highest level of efficiency possible.

What You Will Do

Create process strategy, engage with business functions, process mapping and design, process improvement, control assessment, change management, PMO instigation, process compliance and control.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in process management, process improvement, business transformation, or business operations.
• Proven experience managing global processes across multiple regions and functions, ensuring alignment and consistency across various business units.
• Expertise in Methodologies: Extensive experience with advanced process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Agile.
• Strategic Alignment: Ability to align global processes with the company’s strategic objectives and drive long-term value through process optimization.
• Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership capabilities to manage and influence cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leaders globally.
• Project Management & Collaboration Skills: Experience in leading large-scale global projects with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Advanced ability to analyze performance data, process bottlenecks, and key business metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Advanced Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.
• Education & Certifications: Master degree in IT, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
• Technological Proficiency: Expertise in enterprise systems such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and other ERP or CRM tools, with experience in using process management tools.
