HR People Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Operations & People Manager to manage the entire employee lifecycle and develop modern, efficient personnel processes in a rapidly growing technology company.

What You Will Do

Manage contracts, onboarding, personnel administration, and offboarding. Build and optimize HR processes, digital workflows, and self-service solutions. Develop HR tools and support payroll and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR generalist, people operations manager or in a comparable position
• Practical experience in building and developing HR processes, ideally in a startup or scale-up
• Good knowledge of operational personnel management throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Very good German knowledge (at least C1) and secure English
