Join the 3-person HR team at Lesaffre to lead an ambitious innovation project designing and developing an operational AI agent to automate key HR processes.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include analysis and framing, development of the AI agent, integration, testing and deployment, and validation of solutions with the HR team.

Requirements
- Engineer school or Master 2 in AI/Data Science/Computer Science
- advanced Python skills (pandas, APIs, FastAPI)
- NLP and LLM experience (APIs or open-source models)
- workflow construction, automation (scripts, Excel, connectors)
- autonomy, rigor, ability to communicate with a non-technical team, innovation appetite
