Role Overview

The VP of FP&A will lead the integration of the company’s financial planning and analysis functions, creating a single, unified financial model and reporting system. The role requires 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory/private equity, including 5+ years leading a corporate FP&A function at $500M+ revenue.

What You Will Do

The VP of FP&A will own the financial spine of integration, model and track TSA exit economics, and establish a repeatable finance integration playbook. They will also build the enterprise financial model, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and covenant compliance.

Requirements

• 12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory/private equity
• 5+ years leading a corporate FP&A function at $500M+ revenue
• Owned FP&A through at least one major M&A integration
• Carve-out and/or TSA-exit experience
• Private-equity-owned or sponsor-backed environment experience
• Fluency in recurring-revenue economics and services economics
