Role Overview
Join an international Customer Success team to help clients get the most out of our solutions and successfully adopt them. The team is collaborative and supportive, with a lot of room to learn, share knowledge, and grow.
What You Will Do
Stimulate client engagement, provide product training, support clients in user campaigns, build sustainable relationships, and use CRM systems to effectively manage client contact.

Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Customer Success, Sales, Consultancy, or a commercial or client-oriented role
- Consultative approach
- Ability to quickly build knowledge of complex products and services
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Good organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar platforms
