Role Overview

Join the centralized Business Operations team as a Finance Ops Specialist, acting as the operational reference point for Finance Team across international markets. The role involves building and optimizing CRM, data architecture, and reporting, as well as stakeholder alignment and future scalability.

What You Will Do

Configure, clean, and map processes within the CRM tool, build reliable dashboards and reports, gather technical and operational requirements from Finance team lead, and evolve into the central architect of data infrastructure.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in AI tool and CRM implementation
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations, CRM Specialist within fast-growing tech/SaaS contexts
• CRM Expertise and interest: You have actively configured and optimized CRM logic (workflows, properties, lead assignment rules) in the past—not just as a passive user
• Finance/People/Legal Literacy: A strong grasp of the funnel
• Logical Structure and Data Precision: Methodical approach to data extraction, database cleaning, and report creation using Excel/Google Sheets
• Extreme Ownership & Autonomy: You thrive without micro-management
• Academic Background: Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field is highly preferred
• Language: Full professional proficiency in English and Italian
