Role Overview
Join Lexroom’s centralized Business Operations team as a Sales Operations Specialist to ensure the company’s CRM and data architecture keep pace with rapid international growth. This role involves building and optimizing HubSpot, data architecture, and reporting, as well as stakeholder alignment and future scalability.
What You Will Do
Configure, clean, and map commercial processes in HubSpot, build reliable commercial dashboards and reports, gather technical and operational requirements from Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement team leads, and evolve into the central architect of Lexroom’s data infrastructure.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or direct B2B commercial roles, with expertise in HubSpot, B2B sales literacy, logical structure, and data precision. The company offers an exceptional team, growth opportunities, and a rewarding compensation package.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, GTM Ops, CRM Specialist or direct B2B commercial roles (BDR, SDR, Account Executive) within fast-growing tech/SaaS contexts.
- HubSpot Expertise: You have actively configured and optimized CRM logic (workflows, properties, lead assignment rules) in the past—not just as a passive user.
- B2B Sales Literacy: A strong grasp of the commercial funnel, customer lifecycle and B2B metrics.
- Logical Structure and Data Precision: Methodical approach to data extraction, database cleaning, and report creation using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Extreme Ownership & Autonomy: You thrive without micro-management. If a workflow fails or data doesn’t add up, you won’t rest until you’ve tracked down the issue and fixed it.
- Academic Background: Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field is highly preferred.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English and Italian.
Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: €28,000 – €45,000 RAL
- Equity Package: Significant Stock Options allocation to align your growth with the company’s long-term success.
- Hybrid Work: Split your time between working from home and collaborating in our Milan office three days a week, keeping our execution speed and team culture strong.
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to ensure peace of mind.
- Meal Vouchers: Daily support to make your lunch breaks easier.
- Team Retreats & Off-sites: Dedicated time to connect, collaborate, and spark bold ideas.
