We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with a Hunter/Fanter profile to lead our expansion in the Mobility (Automakers) and Industry sectors. The focus is on consulting sales of complex services, digital transformation projects, data, and AI, connecting ília’s capabilities to the core challenges of these sectors.
Requirements
- IT Consulting Experience: Solid experience selling services and squads, not just licensing or reselling software.
- Sector Expertise: Proven experience in the Mobility/Automakers or Industry 4.0 market.
- Networking and C-Level: History of negotiation and relationship with high-level executives.
- Hunter Profile: Natural focus on new business and account opening, with resilience for complex sales cycles.
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasion, and focus on aggressive goals.
- Languages: Advanced English (preferable) or fluent Spanish
