Role Overview

The company is looking for a Marketing Manager B2B to unify the company’s message, make the brand more desirable and pedagogical, and directly feed commercial performance. The role requires experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the startup/scale-up SaaS ecosystem, and a strong understanding of modern marketing tools.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include defining and executing the B2B acquisition strategy, piloting inbound marketing, managing and optimizing growth/automation tools, unifying the company’s discourse, creating a content machine, refining copywriting, and managing the company’s presence at events.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in B2B marketing
• Experience in the startup/scale-up SaaS ecosystem
• Experience in HRtech, transformation consulting, or leadership sector
• Master of modern tools: HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, and generative AI
• Business and sales-oriented mindset
• Creative spirit
• English proficiency in a professional context
