Requirements
- Higher education in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or economics
- Experience in sales or business development in the logistics/transportation/expedition sector
- Successful experience in actively seeking and attracting new B2B clients
- Experience in collaborating and negotiating with C-level managers
- Strong project management experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Ability to analyze business processes and prepare business cases
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages
- Willingness to travel
- Self-motivation, initiative, and focus on results
- Good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
