What You Will Do
Collect and analyze data, create reports, identify trends, and provide insights to management. Automate data collection and processing, and implement efficiency improvement decisions. Collaborate with various departments to ensure high-quality data management and decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in exact sciences, economics, or finance, experience in data analysis, and analytical thinking skills. Familiarity with business analysis tools, process management, and financial planning is also required.
Requirements
- University degree in exact sciences, economics, or finance
- Experience in data analysis
- Analytical thinking skills
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (Power BI expertise)
- Experience in process management, financial planning, performance indicator, and economic analysis
- Initiative, innovative mindset, strong planning and organizational skills, and patience
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and efficiently manage priorities
- Familiarity with MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and Power BI
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and good English skills
