Account Manager, Small Pharma

We are seeking an Account Manager to support our Small Pharma Segment, managing a portfolio of approximately 20–30 pharmaceutical clients. The role requires strong relationship management, consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate and mobilize IQVIA’s cross-functional network to deliver value for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–6 years of experience in the life sciences industry
• Experience in account management, client services, sales, or commercial roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
