Role Overview

The Director, Business Development (CRO & FSP) will join the Business Development team with a primary focus on selling CRO & FSP Solutions. The role involves developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, uncovering immediate needs, and executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include developing and writing proposals, negotiating contracts, generating new leads, and facilitating pre-work with clients. The role also involves working closely with client-facing teams, utilizing internal data tracking tools, and ensuring communications are coordinated with internal stakeholders.
