Role Overview
As Key Account Manager*in, you will be responsible for sales and consultation of products in oncology within licensed indications and with a focus on benefits for prescribers and patients. You will be responsible for sales and results for the managed products in the region. You will plan, organize, and conduct events (presence and digital) for the training of doctors, nursing staff, or practice staff, as well as other relevant target groups, including your own activity as a speaker or moderator in front of customer groups.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for sales through patient-oriented medical-scientific consultation for the appropriate use of products in oncology within licensed indications. You will be responsible for sales and results for the managed products in the region. You will plan, organize, and conduct events (presence and digital) for the training of doctors, nursing staff, or practice staff, as well as other relevant target groups, including your own activity as a speaker or moderator in front of customer groups.

Requirements
- Qualification according to § 75 AMG or comparable qualification
- Experience in the field of oncology and/or comparable specialty products in practice and clinic
- High competence in regional cooperation: stakeholder management, interdisciplinary coordination, experience in matrix/cross-functional working
- Ability to work project-oriented (planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination of complex account plans)
- Fundamental understanding of the healthcare market, including process flows in KH, patient pathways, and care models
- Knowledge of product flows and decision-making paths in clinics and customer networks (e.g. AMK, pharmaceutical reimbursement, contract framework/-negotiation)
- Willingness to engage in travel activities and overnight stays within the scope of the activity, managing a whole region.
- Very good English and German knowledge (at least C1 level) in word and writing
