Senior FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead FP&A for the US business, overseeing financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, investment governance, and management reporting.

What You Will Do

The role involves leading the annual budget, long-range plan, periodic forecasts, and monthly and quarterly performance reporting, as well as advising US leadership on investments, growth opportunities, cost optimization, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, commercial finance, strategic finance, or a related discipline.
• Three or more years of experience leading finance professionals, complex workstreams, or a regional or business-unit FP&A function.
• Experience leading budgets, long-range plans, forecasts, management reporting, and financial performance reviews.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, management accounting, corporate finance, and internal controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior leaders in a complex or matrixed organization.
• Experience improving FP&A processes, financial systems, automation, reporting, and data quality.
