Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building revenue for Lilli’s Local Authority, Domiciliary Care, and Direct to Consumer portfolios. This role is critical to the future success of the company, and success will provide opportunities for career growth as Lilli expands.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Manager will engage with potential and existing customers to identify and win contracts, manage a pipeline of new and existing business growth, and deliver product demonstrations as part of the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in Business Development roles in a Health or Social Care environment, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience of building revenue through both cold calling and account management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Business Development roles in a Health or Social Care environment
  • Degree level qualified and/or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of building revenue through both cold calling and account management
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications
  • U.K driving license and willingness to travel when required
