Business Operations & Finance Lead

Role Overview

The Business Operations & Finance Lead will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to every discussion. They will assess the profitability of current products, build the case for new products and initiatives, and drive strategic projects to move the company forward.

What You Will Do

The Business Operations & Finance Lead will own the budget, provide a single source of truth for all numbers, and drive data-driven decisions across the organization. They will also build models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets and explain the results in a way that sales, product, and management can work with.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in strategy or management consulting, finance, or revenue operations. They will be familiar with SaaS models, know how to structure complex questions quickly, and be hands-on and excited to build something new at Lime Connect.

Requirements

• familiarity with SaaS models
• ability to structure complex questions quickly
• hands-on experience with building models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets
• fluency in German and English
