Role Overview
Support the financial operations of a growing affordable housing portfolio. Coordinate recurring portfolio activities, maintain accurate records, and work closely with internal teams and external partners.
What You Will Do
Manage financial statement tracking, coordinate financial review comments, track invoices, gather reports, and maintain records.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are required. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with or interest in affordable housing, real estate, finance, accounting, or investment management
