Role Overview
The Senior Associate will play an important part in the financial operations of LAC’s affordable housing portfolio, partnering across Asset Management and other teams to support reporting, analysis, accounting-related activities, and portfolio performance.
What You Will Do
The role involves overseeing financials for the real estate portfolio, preparing quarterly valuations, liaising with property management companies, and collaborating with other departments to oversee the maintenance of a database of property-level metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience working in the field of finance or accounting
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- CPA license (preferred)
- Experience at a ‘Big 4’ public accounting firm (preferred)
- Background with real estate and partnership accounting (preferred)
- Audit background strongly preferred
- Experience with low-income housing tax credits and/or investment management (plus)
