Role Overview

Join LinkedIn’s Sales Development team in Dublin, Ireland, as a hybrid role (home and office). The team supports sales development reps to become the best in class and progress into sales or leadership roles. The role involves developing relationships with customers, using LinkedIn’s Sales Academy, and working with account executives to win business.

What You Will Do

Qualify and develop leads, develop strong sales skills, build relationships with account executives, plan and prioritize accounts, take intelligent risks, and maximize personal development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in sales development
  • Fluency in English and Romanian
  • Experience in SaaS, sourcing, or lead generation role, preferably in the technology industry
  • Experience working with CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills
  • Ability to autonomously manage time, prioritize tasks, and deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail
