Sr. Business Analyst, Global Sales Compensation Reporting & Insights

Role Overview

The Global Sales Compensation Reporting & Insights team delivers trusted reporting, analytics, and business insights that enable effective compensation programs and data-driven decision making. The team partners closely with Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, HR, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and business leaders to provide analytical insights that support compensation design, financial management, business performance, and executive decision-making.

What You Will Do

Deliver sales compensation design analytics, including what-if scenarios, cost modeling, and analysis of plan mechanics, accelerators, pay-for-performance relationships, and policy changes to inform recommendations and decision-making. Analyze sales compensation, performance, and incentive trends to identify key cost and performance drivers, evaluate incentive effectiveness, and translate findings into actionable insights utilizing Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, sales operations, business analytics, or a related analytical function
• 3+ years of experience performing financial, business, or compensation analysis using advanced Excel modeling or similar analytical tools
• 3+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver analytical insights and decision support
