Director, Strategic Partnerships

The Director, Strategic Partnerships is a senior leader who operates at the center of Linktree’s most consequential external relationships across our global platform and technology ecosystem. This role is suited to someone who is as comfortable in a boardroom conversation with a senior executive at a global platform as they are rolling up their sleeves on deal structure and negotiations, internal alignment, or team development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership
  • At least 3 years at Director level (or equivalent senior IC scope) in SaaS, consumer internet, or creator economy
  • Demonstrated track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex strategic partnerships with measurable revenue and product impact
  • Exceptional commercial instinct paired with deep product fluency
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and executive presence
  • Data-driven operator with experience setting KPIs, building forecasts, and using analytics to optimise partnership performance
  • Player-coach mindset — comfortable closing your own deals today while building the team and motion for tomorrow
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus, not required
