Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst is the operational finance partner to multi-site business units, pairing FP&A rigor with hands-on process improvement. The role analyzes operational workflows to surface inefficiencies, supports business unit managers and regional VPs on budgets, forecasts, and cost savings initiatives, and builds the dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that drive key decisions.
What You Will Do
Perform comprehensive analysis of multi-site business units’ operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for process enhancement. Build, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.

Requirements
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Adaptive, and Microsoft tools a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- MBA/CPA a plus
- 3–5 years in FP&A, Analytics, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or related area
- Experience in finance operations within a multi-site organization a plus
- Moderate to Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets, data analysis, reporting, and utilizing software tools for process improvement
Benefits
- Salary: $95,000-115,000
- Hybrid work arrangement: Monday-Thursday on-site, Friday WFH
