Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

Litmos is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our GTM Systems & Operations team. This role is central to our AI-first development approach, building and maintaining Salesforce solutions using modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, work within VS Code using AI-assisted development tools, manage code through GitHub, build and configure Agentforce solutions, develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and adjacent tools, execute deployments, write unit tests, troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, document solutions, configurations, and technical decisions.

We are building an AI-first development practice where AI agents handle significant portions of the development workflow under human governance. You will be at the forefront of this approach, working alongside AI agents to ship faster while maintaining production-grade quality and security standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows)
• Strong proficiency in VS Code as a primary development environment
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices for Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits
