Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing cross-functional digital projects, technology platforms, vendors, and operational processes. This position requires strong project management and collaboration skills to coordinate work across internal teams and external partners.

Independently lead complex, cross-functional digital projects from planning through completion, manage external agencies, vendors, and technology partners, and optimize digital marketing platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, digital operations, project management, or a related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong project management experience with the ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional projects from planning through completion
• Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or technology partners, including deliverables, performance, and ongoing relationships
• Experience managing digital platforms and working with technology teams and business stakeholders
• Experience with structured intake, ticketing, and workflow management using Ivanti, Jira, or similar platforms
• Experience with website management, CMS platforms, or digital publishing; Sitecore experience is a plus
• HubSpot or other marketing automation platform experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and independently drive work forward
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations
