Senior Product Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Product Operations Manager will own the product team’s operating cadence, roadmap, and customer insights, making goals and progress visible and keeping the product development playbook up-to-date. They will also grow the craft of the PM team, choose and run the team’s tools, and be a partner in running the product org.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product operations or a closely related role
• at least 3 years of experience in product operations or a closely related role supporting a product team
• experience designing a product team’s operating cadence from scratch at a company that was scaling
• ability to measure success by what changed for the people you support, not by how much process exists
• strong writing skills
• data fluency
• technical skills to be credible with developers
• ability to use AI tools heavily in your own work and help others do the same
