Role Overview
Supports the Markets & Growth organization by maintaining qualified pipelines, keeping pipeline data and workflows current, and providing research and analysis that supports growth decisions.
What You Will Do
Analyzes pipeline health, quality, velocity, stage conversion, aging, coverage, and risk to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement; translates findings into actionable insights and recommendations for Market and Growth leaders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, economics, finance, data analytics, public policy, or a related field.
- Two or more years of relevant experience in growth operations, business analysis, business development, sales, market intelligence, pipeline management, or a related function.
- Experience maintaining records, reports, and workflows in a CRM, pipeline management, business development, or similar system.
- Working knowledge of the federal government contracting market, the acquisition lifecycle, and common opportunity qualification and capture activities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365, including the ability to identify trends, resolve data issues, and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage recurring reviews, competing priorities, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and demonstrated discretion with confidential and business-sensitive information.
- Experience using generative AI tools responsibly for research, synthesis, analysis, or reporting, including validating outputs and preserving source traceability.
