Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Support overall sales effort by working with FSM, distributors, end-users, and potential new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and increased sales.

What You Will Do

Answer phones, respond to email correspondence, enter orders into X3 ERP System, work with other departments to ensure orders are sent out accurately and timely.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, problem solving skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in related field required
• 3 – 5 years office inside sales / customer service experience
