Role Overview
The Finance Transformation & Systems Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving Loam Bio’s finance systems, automation environment, data architecture and financial processes. The role is focused on transforming the Finance function through technology, artificial intelligence, process redesign and improved systems integration.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include finance transformation, AI and automation, finance systems architecture, data and reporting infrastructure, financial modelling and decision support, internal controls and process design, transformation project management, and business partnering.
