Role Overview

The Specialist in Engineering will be the primary technical reference for CDP, supporting architecture decisions and the evolution of the Martech and Customer Data ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Design and evolve solutions for the 360-degree customer view, connecting identity, profile, relationships, events, behavior, attributes, and context.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Martech, CDP, or client data platforms
• Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP), Customer 360, or equivalent client data architectures
• Knowledge of Customer Profile, Identity Resolution, audience segmentation, and personalization
• Experience with event-oriented architectures, APIs, streaming, and data processing
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or similar
• Experience with cloud computing, data modeling, and integration
• Knowledge of quality, observability, security, and data governance practices
• Knowledge of Event Store and Feature Store
• Ability to act as a technical reference, influencing decisions, and collaborating with different areas
