Role Overview
As a Data Analytics & Automation Specialist with our Sales & Business Development team, you’ll utilize Preconstruction data and transform it into insight and strategy. You’ll analyze historical performance, keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) clean and trustworthy, track the sales funnel and pipeline, and analyze backlog to help our organization’s strategic planning.
What You Will Do
You’ll analyze Preconstruction performance, including bid volume, hit rate, win/loss trends, estimating workload, margin, and turnaround times, and report findings to leadership. You’ll also design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards (pipeline, backlog, performance, and win/loss) and respond to ad hoc data requests.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business systems, or CRM administration/development
