Role Overview
The Field & Partner Marketing Manager will support the execution of field, partner, and demand generation programs across the APJ region. The role will work closely with the regional Sales and Partner teams to deliver marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline across priority APJ markets.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will execute regional marketing programs designed to generate and accelerate pipeline across APJ, support campaigns targeting target accounts, and coordinate regional execution of demand generation programs across digital, webinars, content, events, ABM, and partner channels.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, or a related marketing role
- Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns, events, webinars, or partner programs
- Experience working with Sales teams and supporting marketing programs focused on pipeline generation
- Experience working with channel or ecosystem partners is strongly preferred
- Understanding of B2B demand generation and how marketing engagement progresses into leads, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue
- Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable managing the operational elements of marketing including budgets, vendors, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across different APJ markets and time zones
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader regional and global team
- Willingness to be hands-on and support both campaign execution and marketing operations
