Role Overview

The Head of Commercial & GTM PWS BG will shape and accelerate the global commercial and go-to-market agenda for Logitech’s Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) business, driving key PWS strategies, annual planning, and identifying key commercial business opportunities.

The role involves shaping global commercial & GTM strategy, leading global business planning, driving commercial performance, setting priorities & investment choices, benchmarking & scaling what works, and connecting global, category & regional teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in commercial, go-to-market, business management leadership roles
• Experience in blue chip companies in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Retail, Lifestyle or other fast-moving global B2C environments
• Strong P&L and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of revenue, growth, market share, profitability and investment choices
• Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to move quickly from data and complexity to clear insights and actions
• Demonstrated success navigating a global matrix organization, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams across functions and geographies
• Experience operating in highly competitive environments, diagnosing commercial performance issues and building pragmatic growth or defense plans
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, combined with a highly collaborative and influential leadership style
• Significant international experience and fluency in English
• Strong executive presence, comfortable presenting business insights and recommendations to C-level leaders
