Director, Product Operations

Role Overview

The Director, Product Operations builds and runs the operating system for Lone Wolf’s Product organization, partnering with leaders across the company to enable customer experiences and outcomes.

What You Will Do

The Director will own Product’s portion of the software development lifecycle, lead internal AI adoption, facilitate the Product operating rhythm, and partner with other teams to ensure feedback from customers informs prioritization.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product operations, product management, technical program management, or product-focused consulting in B2B SaaS
• 3+ years at a senior or director level
• Experience building or rebuilding a product operations function in a growing SaaS business
• Fluency with AI tools
• Strong data skills: defining SaaS product metrics, building dashboards, and turning analysis into recommendations
• Experience with tools like Jira, Lovable, Anthropic, OpenAI, Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong
